Richard C. Busse ~ Founder of the firm, he has practiced employment law for over thirty years. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He has been listed in the national peer review publication, "The Best Lawyers In America" every year since 1989 for labor and employment law in Oregon. The nationally known legal directory, Martindale-Hubbell, awards him its highest rating, "AV," for legal ability and ethics. He is the author of three books on the subject, including "Your Rights At Work," (Sphinx 2005) and "Fired, Layed Off or Forced Out," (Sphinx 2005).

Scott N. Hunt ~ Partner, he joined the firm in 1992 and has practiced employment law throughout his legal career. He graduated from Lewis and Clark Northwest School of Law magna cum laude. He heads the firm's appellate practice and argued a disability discrimination case before the United States Supreme Court in 1999. The majority of his practice involves trial litigation of disability, discrimination, and wrongful discharge claims. He has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating, "AV," for legal ability and ethics. He is an author and frequent speaker on employee rights issues.

R. Kyle Busse ~ Associate, he joined the firm in 2007, and represents employees in state and federal court in discrimination, wrongful termination, wage claim, unemployment compensation, and other employment matters. He also represents victims of discrimination in public accommodations and housing. A graduate of the University of Oregon (B.A. Philosophy 2003), he graduated from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York in 2006.

Shirley Rayner ~ Paralegal and business manager, she joined the firm in 1994. Ms. Rayner has over 33 years of total law office experience.

Lori Errico ~ Legal assistant and office manager, she joined the firm in 1997. Ms. Errico has over 19 years of total law office experience.
